Lines refresh on our published cadence (shown above), not in real time; always verify the current number with the sportsbook before betting. Middles, +EV and arbitrage are computed from the last poll and can be gone by the time you look — never place one leg without confirming the other. Arb method: exact opposite outcomes only (same line), best price per side, flagged when the combined implied probability is under 100%. Slate value: “locked” is arbitrage profit, which is arithmetic and does not depend on results, assuming both legs get down at the quoted prices. “Expected” is the long-run average of the +EV prices and middles, not a payout: middles are priced off the real distribution of NFL final margins and totals in our own game history, at standard -110 juice on both legs, and a dozen bets is nowhere near the long run. +EV method: books quoting the same line are grouped (3+ books required), each book’s two-sided prices are de-vigged to a fair win probability, and the group average is the fair price a book’s offer is measured against.
