Find where we disagree with the market.
De'Von Achane goes 15 in the room. We have him 7. Five calls inside the first three rounds where we are further up the board than the market is — those are the ones that decide a season.
280 players carry an ADP. Quarterbacks are out of the comparison on purpose: the market board is one-quarterback PPR and ours is not quarterback-adjusted, so the two would be measuring different leagues.
Proven model track record.
Every season we have graded, ours against the room, on the picks where the two disagreed. 52% since 2020, 5 winning seasons out of 6. The greyed years are on the chart too.
466 disagreements since 2020, 885 across all 11 graded seasons, where the all-time rate is 48%. Seasons before 2020 grade a board built a different way — graded rookie rows only exist from 2020 — so they are shown but not counted in the headline.
Project the role and the points follow.
A projection is a guess about touches before it is a guess about points. We forecast Ja'Marr Chase at 32% of his team’s targets, then the points fall out of that — which is why our number moves when a depth chart moves.
Forecast target share carried on the published board for every receiver and tight end it applies to.
Simulate the draft to land your guys.
Set your league up the way it really is, then run the room against eight AI drafters who each want something different. Run it until you know who falls to you, and which round is the one where you have to move.
The room drafts off the same board the rest of this page is built on. Teams, rounds, scoring, superflex and TE premium are all yours to set, and the AI drafters follow eight named strategies rather than one.
Connect your league for an assistant GM.
Paste your Sleeper handle and the roster comes back graded slot by slot against what a starter at that position is really worth. This one is carrying a hole at QB — Caleb Williams is 6 points BELOW replacement, and that is the spot to go fix.
The sample above is a real 12-team draft from the 3rd slot, taken straight down the market’s own board, graded against the last starter at each position.

Why VORP-Based Fantasy Football Rankings
Most fantasy football rankings are gut-feel "best player available" lists. We rank by Value Over Replacement Player - the right framework for fantasy football because the goal isn't drafting the highest-scoring player, it's drafting the player whose production exceeds what you could get at the same position later. A WR scoring 250 fantasy points is worth more if the replacement-level WR scores 150 than if they score 200. VORP captures that. Our fantasy big board uses VORP as the foundation, then layers in tier breaks, schedule strength, and projection ranges.
