The career arc is now clearly volatility-driven. The 2023 tier 5 (#40) Buffalo finish was the peak; the 2024 Jacksonville disaster (#106) was the bottom. The 2025 #79 (tier 8) Buffalo reunion produced one Wk 18 15.1 PPR spike against a backdrop of mostly sub-5 PPR weeks. At 26 he is what the four-year sample says: a contested-catch deep threat whose floor depends entirely on the QB.
Davis came out of UCF as Buffalo's 4th-round pick (128th overall) in 2020. His career highlight was the January 2022 divisional round against Kansas City when he caught 8 passes for 201 yards and 4 touchdowns, an NFL postseason record. He posted a tier 5 (#40) finish with Buffalo in 2023, then signed with Jacksonville on a 3-year, $39M deal in 2024 that produced one of the league's most disappointing free-agent outcomes (tier 8 #106, 14 catches across the year before release). Buffalo signed him back to a 1-year veteran deal for 2025.
Strengths
