Out of Pinson Valley in Alabama he caught 50 passes for 964 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior and signed with UAB as a three-star. He made an immediate impact, setting a school freshman record with 53 receptions for 437 yards and three scores in 2023, then building on it with 62 catches for 670 yards and eight touchdowns as a sophomore. He entered the portal after two seasons and moved up to the Big 12 with Houston as the Cougars' clear number one target. In 2025 he led Houston with 67 receptions for 966 yards and 12 touchdowns, earning first-team All-Big 12 honors and finishing among the conference's leading receivers. His climb from Conference USA to a featured Power Four role tracked with Houston's rise in the standings, and the production held at every stop. At 205 pounds with strong deep and intermediate grades, he wins at the catch point and finishes in the red zone. The honest limiter is speed.
