Elliot Washington II is a senior cornerback who spent three seasons as a rotational piece at Penn State, then followed defensive coordinator Tom Allen to Clemson for 2026. At 5-11 and 200 pounds, he arrived as a consensus four-star recruit out of Venice (Fla.) High School, where ESPN ranked him the No. 52 overall prospect and No. 5 safety in his class. He has track speed to back up that billing, running 10.69 in the 100 meters at the Florida state meet and anchoring a school-record 4x100 relay. At Penn State he played in 36 games but made only one start, totaling 53 tackles, two interceptions and nine pass breakups, plus a 35-yard blocked field goal return for a touchdown at Iowa.
