Full report
Jordan Norman is a senior edge rusher at Tennessee who has played for three programs, starting at South Alabama, moving to Tulane, and arriving in Knoxville in January 2026. He was a three-star recruit out of Hoover High School in Alabama who posted 68 tackles and 10 sacks as a high school senior. Tennessee lists him at 6-4 and 265 pounds, while Bipslist has him at 250. His best season came in 2025, when he recorded six sacks and eight tackles for loss in 14 games for a Tulane team that won the American Conference and reached the College Football Playoff. Bipslist's film scout calls him a big edge who is strong and can push the pocket, and grades his motor and discipline at 8.0 out of 10. The same report is critical of his hands, saying he fights linemen instead of shocking and shedding them and gets overpowered by stronger linemen in the run game. At Tennessee he has played six games without a start, with sacks at Georgia Tech and against Kennesaw State. Rocky Top Insider put him among the Vols who would not be too surprising to hear their names called in the 2027 draft, calling him a potential starter. Bipslist ranks him 34th among edge players and 261st overall. He projects as a rotational rusher with a track record of finishing plays, and his stock depends on cleaning up his hand work.
