STM Take
The breakout from tier 8 finishes (#33, #45) to tier 6 #22 in 2025 is the cleanest single-year TE jump on the Rams roster. Five games above 11 PPR in his closing eight-week sample (12.2, 14.1, 24.5, 11.3, 19.6) is genuine TE2 production. At 26 with the contract through 2026 plus Cooper Kupp's Seattle departure, the role is now defined and the trajectory is positive.
Parkinson came out of Stanford as Seattle's 4th-round pick (133rd overall) in 2020. He spent four seasons with the Seahawks primarily as a blocking TE, with limited receiving production. The Los Angeles Rams signed him to a 3-year, $22.5M deal in 2024 specifically to fill the Tyler Higbee-injury gap in their TE room. His 2024 (#45) was a quiet first Rams season; the 2025 tier 6 #22 finish came with Higbee's continued health issues and Cooper Kupp's departure compressing the TE target tree his way.
Strengths
- Five games above 11 PPR in his last eight 2025 weeks, including a Wk 15 24.5 PPR explosion. That is genuine TE2 baseline production.

- Until 2025 he had never produced a top-30 STTM finish; the breakout is a single-year sample that may regress if Tyler Higbee returns to full snaps.
