Elliss came out of Idaho as the New Orleans Saints' 7th-round pick (244th overall) in 2019, the son of former NFL Pro Bowl DT Luther Elliss and brother of EDGE Jonah Elliss. He spent four years in New Orleans before signing with the Atlanta Falcons in 2023. His STTM career runs tier 3 (#22) in 2023, tier 5 (#39) in 2024, and tier 1 (#7) breakout in 2025.
