Kenyon Sadiq is the clear TE1 in the 2026 NFL Draft class-a versatile, athletic tight end whose combination of receiving ability and blocking prowess makes him a complete player at the position. At 6'5", 255 pounds after bulking up this summer, Sadiq has developed into Oregon's most reliable target and one of the most dynamic tight ends in college football. Originally recruited as a basketball player who also played football, Sadiq's athletic background shows in his movement skills, body control, and ability to create separation against linebackers and safeties. He is a mismatch weapon who can align in-line, in the slot, or split out wide, forcing defenses to account for him on every snap. Sadiq's blocking has developed into a legitimate strength, allowing him to stay on the field in all situations rather than telegraphing pass plays. His vertical athleticism compensates for a narrower catch radius, as he can high-point balls over defenders. While concentration drops remain an occasional issue-he sometimes looks upfield before securing the catch-Sadiq's overall skill set projects as a Pro Bowl-caliber tight end. His route precision continues to improve, and his ability to work through contact makes him dangerous after the catch. Currently projected as a first-round pick (ADP 19.1), Sadiq is the prototype for the modern NFL tight end.
