KC Concepcion is a dynamic do-it-all receiver who fits the mold of today's run-after-catch NFL weapon. The 5'11", 190-pound wideout burst onto the scene at NC State as a true freshman, becoming the first receiver to start a season opener for the Wolfpack since 2014 and setting program freshman records with 71 receptions, 839 yards, and 10 touchdowns-earning ACC Rookie of the Year and Freshman All-American honors. After a sophomore slump (53-460-6), Concepcion transferred to Texas A&M where he bounced back with 57 catches for 886 yards and 9 touchdowns through 12 games in 2025. The first thing that jumps out when watching Concepcion is his route running-he creates separation with crisp movement and excels at beating man coverage while showing impressive football IQ finding soft spots in zone. His athletic ability to make defenders miss in space and pick up extra yardage after the catch is exceptional. Concepcion is a tough, gritty competitor who fights for the football in contested catch situations. He can be utilized as an offensive weapon in multiple ways: motion, jet sweeps, screen passes, or lining up in the backfield. Overall across his college career, he recorded 185 catches for 2,218 yards and 25 touchdowns with an additional 431 rush yards and 3 TDs on 70 carries.
