Nadame Tucker 2026 NFL Draft Profile | EDGE from Western Michigan

Scouting Report

Nadame Tucker is a late-rising edge rusher from Western Michigan who posted one of the most productive pass-rush seasons in the 2026 class recording 14 sacks 6 quarterback hits and 41 hurries on just 316 pass-rushing snaps. His PFF pass-rush grade of 93.3 ranked second in the entire draft class behind only David Bailey of Texas Tech. Tucker spent three largely unproductive seasons at Houston totaling just 10 tackles before transferring to Western Michigan and breaking out as a classic speed rusher in 2025. He also recorded 49 tackles 18 tackles for loss and 4 forced fumbles demonstrating consistent backfield disruption beyond just sack numbers. Tucker participated in the 2026 Senior Bowl where he beat tight end Justin Joly through the C-gap for a tackle for loss in team drills and physically overwhelmed offensive tackle Carver Willis. However his status as a one-year wonder at the MAC level raises significant questions about whether his production translates against NFL-caliber offensive linemen. He will turn 26 before his rookie season severely limiting his developmental ceiling. His Senior Bowl showing was modest overall with only scattered mentions across scouting reports. Tucker projects as a Day 3 pick in the round 4-6 range whose elite production numbers will earn him a shot but whose age level of competition and one-year breakout create meaningful risk.
