Oladejo is an athletic, rangy linebacker with excellent sideline-to-sideline speed and pursuit ability. He possesses natural instincts for finding the football and takes efficient angles to ball carriers. His length and frame allow him to effectively stack and shed blocks while maintaining good position in run defense. In coverage, Oladejo shows fluid hip movement and the ability to match with running backs and tight ends in man coverage. His closing burst and tackling radius stand out when playing downhill, allowing him to limit yards after contact.
