Josh Cameron is a physical wide receiver who walked on at Baylor and developed into a three-year starter and first-team All-Big 12 selection. At 223 pounds he is built like a running back and uses that frame to bully cornerbacks in contested-catch situations. NFL.com's Lance Zierlein named him a Day 2 standout at the Senior Bowl noting he overpowered corners on 50/50 balls and calling his hands top-flight. Cameron led Baylor with 69 receptions for 872 yards and 9 touchdowns in 2025 after posting 52 catches for 754 yards and 10 scores in 2024. He is an elite punt returner earning second-team All-America honors as a return specialist in 2024. His blocking is consistently willing and physical making him ideal for jumbo packages. Cameron struggles against press coverage getting jammed too easily at the line despite his size. His release package is limited and predictable and he lacks the deep speed to consistently stack defenders on vertical routes. He profiles as a big slot receiver and return man who can contribute in the red zone and as a willing blocker with a Day 2-3 draft projection.
