Melvin Siani is the 2027 offensive tackle class's quietest riser, a Hamilton, Ontario native who has climbed from a three star Temple commit in the 2023 cycle to the blind side of Arch Manning. He played 15 games with 10 starts over two years at Temple, giving up just two sacks in his first season as a starter, then transferred to Wake Forest and started all 13 games in 2025 without allowing a single sack. He was the best blocker on that Wake Forest line and one of the better blockers in the ACC, and he led the offensive line in snaps with 914 while helping pave the way for the sixth best rushing attack in the conference by yards. He capped the year by leading the Duke's Mayo Bowl in pass block grade as the Demon Deacons threw for 303 yards and won. First and Ten's report frames the appeal simply: a 6-6, 317 pound frame with long arms, quick feet to mirror, and hands he actually uses, plus enough anchor for power rushers. PFF listed him as one of Texas's headline portal additions on a line it ranks third in the country, brought in specifically to fix a struggling run game. AtoZ Sports wonders out loud whether a big year protecting Manning turns him into a first round pick, and with more than 1,500 career snaps banked he has the reps to answer.
