Blue is an explosive running back with excellent burst and home-run speed. He displays impressive vision, quickly identifying running lanes and making decisive cuts. Blue accelerates rapidly through holes and has the top-end speed to break long runs when he finds daylight. In the passing game, he shows developing hands and route-running ability out of the backfield. Blue demonstrates good elusiveness in space, making the first defender miss and creating additional yardage after contact. He runs with improving balance and competitive toughness.
