Kendrick Law 2026 NFL Draft Profile | WR from Kentucky
Scouting Report
Kendrick Law is an explosive dynamic wide receiver who transferred to Kentucky for his senior season after spending three years at Alabama where he saw playing time mostly on special teams. He led the Wildcats in receptions with 53 catches for 540 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns across 12 games in 2025 while also contributing 19.3 yards per kickoff return and adding 8 rushes for 53 yards ranking second on the team in all-purpose yards at 64.6 per game. NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah highlighted Law as one of his two favorite wide receivers in the 2026 draft class alongside Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr calling him explosive and dynamic with the ball. East-West Shrine Bowl director Eric Galko called Law a slam dunk draft pick praising his rare combination of twitch speed and versatility noting there are not many players as twitchy and explosive as him who can generate space and elude tacklers. Galko emphasized that his natural ability speed and experience are a rare combination and that NFL teams are always looking for outside guys who can get vertical and make defenders miss. Law's speed and return ability give him an obvious role as a special teams contributor from day one with upside as a vertical threat and gadget player in the passing game. However he was not ranked on Bleacher Report's Big Board and his Kentucky production of 540 yards in 12 games is modest for a player projected as a draft pick. He dropped out of the Shrine Bowl with a minor injury limiting his all-star showcase opportunity. His three years at Alabama without earning a significant offensive role raises development questions though his breakout at Kentucky suggests the talent was always there waiting for opportunity.
