Noah Fifita wins with his mind and gets limited by his body. A Servite High School product who arrived in Tucson as a three-star, he took over Arizona's starting job in 2023 and earned Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year. An uneven 2024 move to the Big 12 produced 2,958 yards with 18 touchdowns against 12 interceptions, and then he rebounded emphatically. In 2025 he passed for 3,228 yards in 13 games and broke Arizona's single-season record with 29 touchdown throws against six interceptions, becoming the first Arizona quarterback to earn first-team all-conference honors since 1975. He threw five scoring passes against Weber State, matched that in a 376-yard game against Oklahoma State, and threw four touchdowns at Colorado. In the Holiday Bowl he completed 28 of 43 for 265 yards and three second-half touchdowns as Arizona rallied from 24-0 down before falling 24-19. He closed the year with more than 9,000 career passing yards and 73 career touchdown passes, then announced his return for 2026. He processes quickly, works full-field reads on time, keeps the offense on schedule, and layers the deep ball with placement. The limits are physical. He is 5-10, which creates throwing-lane and durability questions, he struggles to create outside structure once the first read is gone, and he held the ball into 26 sacks behind only average arm strength. A timing offense that lets him distribute quickly hides the most and uses the processing best.
