Tyree Adams is a towering left tackle who left LSU for Texas A&M after the 2025 season and was projected by Aggie Yell to start at left tackle in College Station. He stands 6'7" and has been listed between 305 and 310 pounds, and On3 credits him with a wingspan of over 6-foot-8, so the frame is the first thing that jumps out. A former 4-star recruit from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, the same school that produced Tyrann Mathieu, he was ranked among the top 15 tackles in his class by On3. As a redshirt freshman in 2024 he played four different line spots, starting at left guard against Nicholls and at left tackle in the Texas Bowl win over Baylor, and LSU's own notes say he did not give up a sack. He moved into the full-time left tackle job in 2025, started all nine games he played and again allowed no sacks. The concern is the run game: LSU ranked 124th nationally in rushing at 3.6 yards per carry, and Aggie Yell notes that observers blamed former line coach Brad Davis for talent that never reached its potential.
