Kincaid at STTM #6 tier 2 in 2025 climbed two tiers from his prior #15 and #13 finishes, finally earning the Pro Bowl validation that the 25th-overall pick suggested. The Bills' run-heavy offense (James Cook led the NFL in rushing) capped his ceiling, but the Josh Allen tier-1 QB rank guarantees a target floor.
