Three straight tier 2-or-better finishes (#25 in 2023, #14 in 2024, #10 in 2025) since the Munchak technique overhaul is one of the cleaner late-career rebounds in modern NFL OL play. The career arc (#35 in 2021, #41 in 2022 to #10 in 2025) shows the holding-penalty-prone early-career version is fully replaced. At 34 with the contract running, the 2026 question is whether age catches up or whether the technique discipline holds.

Bolles came out of Utah as Denver's 1st-round pick (20th overall) in 2017. His career took a non-linear path: tier 5-6 finishes through 2022 marked by holding-penalty issues, then a sharp rebound starting in 2023 when offensive line coach Mike Munchak overhauled his technique. He posted tier 2 finishes in 2023 (#25), 2024 (#14), and 2025 (#10), the most consistent four-year stretch of his career. At 34 he is in the late chapter but the technique work has held.
