From tier 8 #153 (Miami 2019) to tier 8 #64 (New England 2025) is the rare upward trajectory for a 9-year veteran journeyman, even if the absolute rank stays in tier 8 territory. The 2025 game log produced four games above 10 PPR (16.6, 13.9, 10.4, 15.9) which is genuine WR3 production at age 33. He is a system-fit veteran who got a meaningful role with a rookie QB.
Hollins came out of North Carolina as Philadelphia's 4th-round pick (118th overall) in 2017. He won a Super Bowl LII ring with the Eagles that season as a rookie depth piece. His career since has been a journeyman tour: Miami (2018-2020), Atlanta (2022), Las Vegas (2023), Buffalo (2024), and New England (2025). He posted his career-high tier 8 #86 (BUF 2024) and tier 8 #106 (ATL 2023). The 2025 New England season produced a meaningful role expansion as the Patriots cycled through WR options around Drake Maye.
