UTAH · 2026 draft class
Spencer Fano is the 2026 class's top offensive tackle prospect due to his loose, fluid movement skills and relentless motor. The 6'6", 308-pound tackle arrived at Utah as a 4-star recruit in the 2023 class and earned second-team AP All-American honors as a true freshman. Fano is of Polynesian descent from a family of athletes - his brother, sister, and four uncles all played in the NFL. He has started 26 games at both left tackle (11 in 2023) and right tackle (15 in 2024/2025), showing scheme versatility. His loose, fluid movement with very good athletic ability, balance, and recovery skills stand out on film. Fano is a rangy pass protector who mixes set lines and works independent hands to disrupt rushers. His excellent effort and strain regardless of game situation make him a coach's favorite. The main concern is his lean, light-in-the-pants build that questions his ability to consistently generate movement at the next level.
