The 2025 #99 (tier 8) rookie finish is below where the 2nd-round draft slot projected, and the game log (eight weeks all under 10 PPR) confirms the role was limited all year. Wk 16's 9.4 PPR was the high point. The 2026 trajectory depends on whether Quentin Johnston's role compresses or whether the Chargers commit to Harris as a defined WR3 with growth runway.

Harris came out of Ole Miss (after transferring from Louisiana Tech) as the Los Angeles Chargers' 2nd-round pick (55th overall) in 2025 after a senior season that produced 60 catches for 1,030 yards across just 8 games before a groin injury ended his year. Concerns
