The 2025 #53 (tier 7) finish is misleading because the game log (zeros in 6 of 8 logged weeks) confirms the season ended early. From tier 3 (#23) in 2024 to a clearly injury-shortened 2025 is the same story as half the Packers' offensive injury reports. The 2026 question is purely physical: when healthy, Reed produced tier 3 output across his first two seasons.
Reed came out of Michigan State (after transferring from Western Michigan) as Green Bay's 2nd-round pick (50th overall) in 2023 after a 1,026-yard senior season. He posted 64 catches for 793 yards and 8 touchdowns as a rookie, finishing tier 4 #32 in 2023, then broke out at tier 3 #23 in 2024 with 55 catches for 857 yards plus 4 rushing touchdowns from gadget usage.
