The Year 2 jump from #110 (tier 8) to #49 (tier 7) is meaningful even if the absolute rank stays in tier 7 territory. Wks 10, 11, and 15 (15, 12.4, 20.8 PPR) show the role is now substantive. The Wk 18 zero PPR and Wk 14 4.1 floor games are the reminder that the Broncos offense still cycles through Courtland Sutton and Marvin Mims for the alpha share. He is establishing himself as a meaningful WR2/3 piece for 2026.
Franklin came out of Oregon as Denver's 4th-round pick (102nd overall) in 2024 after his senior season produced 1,383 receiving yards on 81 catches plus 14 touchdowns. He played his entire college career with Bo Nix at quarterback, which made him the obvious pick for the Broncos reuniting their college QB-WR connection.
