From tier 5 #38 (Baltimore 2021) to tier 8 #59 (KC 2025) with the Arizona detour and two injury-shortened seasons in between is the textbook bust-of-a-1st-round-pick arc. The 2025 game log (zeros in 4 of 8 logged weeks, none above 10 PPR) shows what happens when the body finally fails. Brown (known as Hollywood) came out of Oklahoma as Baltimore's 1st-round pick (25th overall) in 2019 with Lamar Jackson as his college pitcher's brother and NFL teammate.
