STM Take
His first STTM ranking at #57 (tier 8) plus the Wk 14 26.5 PPR explosion is the kind of profile that looks more impressive in the spike weeks than across the full sample. Six of eight logged weeks scored under 10 PPR, with a Wk 12 zero. He is a depth piece who delivered one big week, not a player establishing a meaningful role.
Flournoy came out of Southeast Missouri State as Dallas's 6th-round pick (216th overall) in 2024 after a five-year college career split between Houston Christian and SEMO. He was 25 on draft day, an unusually old rookie, and posted just 71 catches across his two SEMO seasons. Dallas signed him as deep-bench depth, and he barely registered in 2024. The 2025 season saw him cycle in for spot snaps when the CeeDee Lamb/George Pickens duo needed a rotational complement.
Strengths
- Wk 14 2025's 26.5 PPR shows the ceiling when Dallas schemes him a target spike, the kind of game that justifies a 6th-round investment.
- 5'11"/202 frame with above-average straight-line speed for a small-school prospect; the Dallas WR coach reportedly valued his hands.
Concerns
- First STTM ranking at tier 8 (#57) at age 27 means there is no meaningful development curve ahead of him.
- Six of his last eight 2025 weeks scored under 10 PPR with a zero in Wk 12. Behind Lamb and Pickens, the ceiling is a once-a-month spike at best.
What to watch: Whether Flournoy makes the Cowboys' final 53-man roster in 2026 or gets cut for a younger draftee.
