STM Take
Pollard at STTM #33 tier 8 in 2025 (essentially flat from #35 in 2024) settles into the late-career floor that started after the 2022 Dallas Pro Bowl year. The 28.1 PPR Week 14 spike shows the ceiling lives on a clean carry day; the multiple sub-10 PPR weeks show what year-to-year baseline now is. The 2026 contract decision will determine whether the role expands or compresses.
Pollard was born in Memphis, attended Melrose High, and played four years at Memphis where he was a 2017 Consensus All-American and the NCAA career leader in kickoff return TDs (7). The Cowboys took him 128th overall in the 2019 NFL Draft. After five seasons in Dallas (including a 2022 Pro Bowl), he signed with Tennessee in 2024. Career line is 5,782 rushing yards at 4.6 YPC, 250 catches for 1,763 yards, and 39 total touchdowns.
Strengths
- Career 250 catches for 1,763 yards; the pass-game floor is one of the deepest in this rank range.
- Career 4.6 YPC on 5,782 yards is above the field median; the efficiency profile travels across systems.
Concerns
- Two straight years tier 8; the 2022 Pro Bowl peak is now three seasons in the rear view.
- Recent game log shows three sub-8 PPR weeks in the back half of 2025; the floor games are now common.
What to watch: Whether Tennessee re-signs him for 2026 with Cam Ward entering year two, or whether the role moves elsewhere on a one-year deal.
