Ward finished his rookie season at STTM #43 tier 8 across 17 games, the same starting workload as the year-one Maye baseline. The recent game log shows a 9-to-18 PPR range with two zero-point dup rows that look like data artifacts. Ward was born in West Columbia, Texas, attended Columbia High School, and entered college as a zero-star recruit out of a wing-T offense. He won the 2020 Jerry Rice Award at Incarnate Word, spent two years at Washington State, then transferred to Miami for 2024 where he won the Davey O'Brien and Manning Awards, led the NCAA in passing touchdowns, and was named ACC Player of the Year. Tennessee took him first overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.
