Wilson came out of Fort Valley State (Division II) as an undrafted free agent in 2023. Green Bay signed him to the practice squad after he posted 1,251 rushing yards as an FVSU senior. He earned active-roster snaps as a rookie when injuries hit the Packers backfield, then spent 2024 as depth behind Josh Jacobs.
