Jennings came out of Tennessee as San Francisco's 7th-round pick (217th overall) in 2020 after a college career that ended with him being kicked off the Vols team briefly for a critical video of head coach Jeremy Pruitt. He has spent his entire NFL career with the 49ers as a physical possession receiver, building a reputation for blocking, contested catches, and red-zone usage.
