Henry at STTM #3 tier 1 in his second Baltimore year, age 32, with 17 games started and 328 carries for 1,745 yards (5.32 YPC). Two straight tier-1 finishes in BAL means the late-career decline that was supposed to come at age 30 has not arrived. The case for him in 2026 is the cleanest ageing-back profile in modern NFL history.
Henry was born in Yulee, Florida, won the 2015 Heisman, Maxwell, Doak Walker, and Walter Camp awards at Alabama, and helped the Tide to the 2015 national title. Tennessee took him 45th overall in the 2016 NFL Draft, where he won the 2020 NFL Offensive Player of the Year and led the league in rushing yards in 2019 and 2020. He signed with Baltimore in 2024 at age 30, made another Pro Bowl, and now owns 13,018 career rushing yards and 122 rushing TDs with five Pro Bowls and three NFL rushing TD titles.
