Tagovailoa cratered from STTM #6 tier 2 in 2024 to #33 tier 8 in 2025, the biggest negative move on the board outside the rookie-tier names. The 2025 game log includes multiple sub-10 PPR weeks and one negative-point game; the historical concussion arc keeps the long-term question present. He is one of the most decorated statistical winners in the field and one of the rank-trend losers.

Tagovailoa was born in 'Ewa Beach, Hawaii, attended Saint Louis School in Honolulu, and was the 2018 CFP National Championship Game Offensive MVP for Alabama.
