The mock draft simulator that grades every pick

Run the 2027 NFL Draft the way a front office would. Draft for any of the 32 teams, or control several at once, through all 7 rounds. The AI general managers pick from consensus big boards blended with how half a million real users actually draft, so runs on positions happen where they happen in real life.

The 2027 NFL draft order the simulator starts from

Round 1 if the season ended today, with every traded pick going to its owner. Pick Today or Projected under Order above to draft from this order or from where our season simulations expect each team to finish. Tap a team for its Draft HQ: needs, picks and the prospects likely there.

How the NFL mock draft simulator works

1. Pick your team, or several

Tap one team in the grid above to run its draft, tap several to run a whole division, or check All to make every pick yourself. Every team you leave alone is run by an AI front office.

2. Set the draft

Choose 1 to 7 rounds, the draft class, a draft style and the draft order, then press Start. All settings opens the rest: 12 big boards to draft from, any team's needs, and the order pick by pick.

3. Draft, trade, get graded

When you are on the clock, take a player, trade down or trade up. AI teams send you offers and trade with each other, priced on a draft value chart that charges a premium for quarterbacks. Every pick gets a grade the moment you make it, and your whole class is graded at the end.

How the AI teams pick

Each AI front office weighs where a prospect sits on the board against its own biggest needs, the way real teams draft. Realistic keeps picks close to the board. Balanced and Chaos let teams reach, and let runs on a position start early, the way a real draft room panics.

Where team needs come from

Every team's needs are ranked from its whole position room, not just its starters, graded against the rest of the league. A thin room with no young player to take over ranks higher, and the positions that matter most on draft day, quarterback, edge rusher and tackle, count most. The 2027 NFL mock draft we publish every week runs on the same needs.

Frequently asked questions

Is the mock draft simulator free?

Yes. Pick any team, run all 7 rounds, make trades, and get graded, no signup required. Over 1 million drafts have been run on it.

Can I trade picks and players?

Yes. You can propose trades using a value-based trade calculator, and the AI teams will offer you trades too. Trades can include future picks and players, with a QB premium applied the way real front offices price the position.

Does the simulator cover all 7 rounds?

Yes, every pick in the 2027 NFL Draft. Most simulators stop after round 1; here you can run a quick 1-round mock or the full 7-round draft for as many teams as you want at once.

How do the draft grades work?

Every pick is graded on value versus the consensus board, positional need, and where the player was expected to go. You get a per-pick grade and a full draft-class grade at the end.

How realistic are the AI picks?

The AI opponents are trained on 1M+ real user drafts plus consensus big boards, and the draft style is yours: Realistic keeps picks close to the board, Chaos lets runs and reaches happen. Exact sliders live in All settings.

Can I customize the big board and team needs?

Yes. Open All settings to draft from 12 different boards (consensus, STTM, ESPN, PFF and more), edit any team's needs, reorder the draft order pick by pick, and save your setup. Browse the 2027 big board.

What draft order does the simulator use?

The 2027 order if the season ended today, every traded pick included, or the projected final order from our season simulations. Switch between them with the Order control, or reorder the picks yourself in All settings. See the full 2027 NFL draft order.

Can I do a mock draft with friends?

Yes. Open a multiplayer room, send the link, and each friend takes a team. You draft live together while the AI picks for every team nobody claimed. Start a multiplayer mock draft.

Mock draft by team: every first pick and the biggest needs, all 32

Who does your team take? Our first-round pick for each franchise from this week's 2027 NFL mock draft, the roster holes behind it, and a one-click 7-round mock as that team. Refreshed every Monday.

Buffalo Bills mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Bills take KJ Bolden, S from Georgia, with the 25th pick. Buffalo has bigger holes on the interior line, at tackle, and at linebacker, but safety sits fifth on their need list and Bolden falling to 25 after a top-18 grade is too much value to pass on. Biggest Bills needs: interior line, offensive tackle and linebacker. Run a Bills 7-round mock draft

Miami Dolphins mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Dolphins take Arch Manning, QB from Texas, with the 2nd pick. Quarterback sits atop Miami's need list, and Manning slipping to this range makes the small reach, taking him one spot ahead of his #3 ranking, easy to justify. Biggest Dolphins needs: quarterback, edge rusher and safety. Run a Dolphins 7-round mock draft

New England Patriots mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Patriots take Ian Moore, OT from Ohio State, with the 20th pick. Tackle sits sixth on New England's need list, behind linebacker, safety, interior line, corner and tight end, so taking Moore at 20 means passing on five more pressing holes. Biggest Patriots needs: linebacker, safety and interior line. Run a Patriots 7-round mock draft

New York Jets mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Jets take Darian Mensah, QB from Miami, with the 6th pick. Quarterback sits atop the Jets' needs list, and with two passers already off the board, the Jets jump Mensah four spots ahead of his rank to secure the next best thing. Biggest Jets needs: quarterback, linebacker and interior defensive line. Run a Jets 7-round mock draft

Baltimore Ravens mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Ravens take Charlie Becker, WR from Indiana, with the 22nd pick. Wide receiver sits right behind cornerback on Baltimore's board, and getting a receiver ranked 14th overall to fall to pick 22 is value too good to pass up. Biggest Ravens needs: cornerback, receiver and running back. Run a Ravens 7-round mock draft

Cincinnati Bengals mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Bengals take Dylan Stewart, EDGE from South Carolina, with the 11th pick. Cincinnati's defense desperately needs more juice off the edge, and even though interior line and running back sit higher on the team's stated board, a top-ten talent sliding to 11 is hard to pass on. Biggest Bengals needs: interior line, running back and linebacker. Run a Bengals 7-round mock draft

Cleveland Browns mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Browns take Julian Sayin, QB from Ohio State, with the 18th pick. Quarterback sits atop Cleveland's needs list, and after years of instability at the position the Browns are willing to jump ahead of the board to lock in their guy. Biggest Browns needs: quarterback, cornerback and interior line. Run a Browns 7-round mock draft

Pittsburgh Steelers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Steelers take Dante Moore, QB from Oregon, with the 3rd pick. Quarterback sits atop Pittsburgh's needs list by a mile, and with Arch Manning already off the board to Miami, the Steelers jump at Moore five spots ahead of his ranking rather than risk another team leapfrogging them for the next best arm. Biggest Steelers needs: quarterback, cornerback and interior defensive line. Run a Steelers 7-round mock draft

Houston Texans mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Texans take Colin Simmons, EDGE from Texas, with the 1st pick. Edge rusher sits fourth on Houston's own need list, behind running back, cornerback, and tackle, so taking Simmons at the very top of the draft is a reach by need and a slight reach relative to his #4 overall ranking. Biggest Texans needs: running back, cornerback and offensive tackle. Run a Texans 7-round mock draft

Indianapolis Colts mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Colts take Ryan Wingo, WR from Texas, with the 45th pick in round 2. Wide receiver sits dead last on the Colts' stated needs list, well behind edge rusher, safety, and offensive tackle, so taking Wingo at 45 when he's ranked 52 is a mild reach that bypasses bigger roster holes. Biggest Colts needs: edge rusher, safety and offensive tackle. Run a Colts 7-round mock draft

Jacksonville Jaguars mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Jaguars take David Stone, DL3T from Oklahoma, with the 23rd pick. With no clear roster hole dictating the pick, Jacksonville simply takes the best player on the board, and a five-star, ascending interior disruptor falling to 23 after being graded 16th is too much value to pass up. Biggest Jaguars needs: safety, interior defensive line and cornerback. Run a Jaguars 7-round mock draft

Tennessee Titans mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Titans take Leonard Moore, CB from Notre Dame, with the 5th pick. Cornerback isn't among Tennessee's listed needs, but a true best-player-available slide like this is hard to pass on. Biggest Titans needs: offensive tackle, running back and edge rusher. Run a Titans 7-round mock draft

Denver Broncos mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Broncos take Jamari Johnson, TE from Oregon, with the 19th pick. Tight end sits as Denver's second-biggest need, and Johnson falling to 19 after being ranked 15 is a clean value grab rather than a reach. Biggest Broncos needs: linebacker, tight end and edge rusher. Run a Broncos 7-round mock draft

Kansas City Chiefs mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Chiefs take Cayden Green, OT from Missouri, with the 30th pick. Offensive tackle is Kansas City's clearest roster hole, and Green falling to 30 lets them address it without reaching too far off the board, since he was ranked 23rd overall. Biggest Chiefs needs: offensive tackle, tight end and edge rusher. Run a Chiefs 7-round mock draft

Las Vegas Raiders mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Raiders take Tae Johnson, S from Notre Dame, with the 27th pick. Safety sits at number two on Las Vegas's board behind wide receiver, and here the Raiders get a player ranked 21st overall falling to pick 27, a small slide that counts as value rather than a reach. Biggest Raiders needs: receiver, safety and interior line. Run a Raiders 7-round mock draft

Los Angeles Chargers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Chargers take Jeremiah Smith, WR from Ohio State, with the 4th pick. None of the Chargers' top needs are wide receiver, but the board dictated this one. Biggest Chargers needs: cornerback, interior defensive line and linebacker. Run a Chargers 7-round mock draft

Dallas Cowboys mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Cowboys take Ashton Hampton, CB from Clemson, with the 15th pick. Cornerback is Dallas's second-highest priority behind linebacker, so taking Hampton here is squarely need-driven. Biggest Cowboys needs: linebacker, cornerback and offensive tackle. Run a Cowboys 7-round mock draft

New York Giants mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Giants take Ryan Coleman-Williams, WR from Alabama, with the 26th pick. WR sits fourth on the Giants' priority list behind IDL, interior line, and tight end, so this isn't a need pick in the traditional sense, it's a value pick that happened to land where the board broke. Biggest Giants needs: interior defensive line, interior line and tight end. Run a Giants 7-round mock draft

Philadelphia Eagles mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Eagles take Jadan Baugh, RB from Florida, with the 17th pick. Philadelphia addresses its number two need here, and getting Baugh at 17 after he grades out at 13 counts as mild value rather than a reach. Biggest Eagles needs: interior line, running back and safety. Run a Eagles 7-round mock draft

Washington Commanders mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Commanders take Cam Coleman, WR from Texas, with the 10th pick. Wide receiver sits at the top of Washington's needs list, and Coleman falling to #10 after ranking #7 overall is a gift they can't pass up. Biggest Commanders needs: receiver, safety and tight end. Run a Commanders 7-round mock draft

Chicago Bears mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Bears take Jordan Ross, EDGE from LSU, with the 28th pick. EDGE sits fourth on Chicago's board, and CB, IDL, and IOL all arguably had better value sitting on the table, so taking Jordan Ross at 28 when he's graded 29 spots lower is a notable reach. Biggest Bears needs: cornerback, interior defensive line and interior line. Run a Bears 7-round mock draft

Detroit Lions mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Lions take Kelley Jones, CB from Mississippi State, with the 16th pick. Cornerback sits atop Detroit's needs list, and two corners already came off the board just before this pick, so grabbing Jones here isn't crazy even though he's rated 20th overall, four spots behind where Detroit took him. Biggest Lions needs: cornerback, tight end and edge rusher. Run a Lions 7-round mock draft

Green Bay Packers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Packers take Bray Hubbard, S from Alabama, with the 61st pick in round 2. Safety sits seventh on Green Bay's need list, well behind the offensive line and cornerback holes that dominate this roster, so spending pick 61 on Hubbard at rank 93 is a real reach by 32 spots. Biggest Packers needs: offensive tackle, cornerback and interior line. Run a Packers 7-round mock draft

Minnesota Vikings mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Vikings take Ahmad Hardy, RB from Missouri, with the 31st pick. Running back sits fourth on Minnesota's board, so this isn't exactly addressing a screaming need, and taking Hardy one spot ahead of his actual ranking of 32 is a marginal reach at best. Biggest Vikings needs: quarterback, receiver and safety. Run a Vikings 7-round mock draft

Atlanta Falcons mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Falcons take Drew Mestemaker, QB from Oklahoma State, with the 7th pick. This is a pure value-over-need gamble. Biggest Falcons needs: receiver, offensive tackle and linebacker. Run a Falcons 7-round mock draft

Carolina Panthers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Panthers take Sammy Brown, ILB from Clemson, with the 24th pick. Linebacker sits sixth on Carolina's needs list, well behind running back, interior line, and cornerback, so taking Brown at 24 when he's ranked 35th is a reach by the board. Biggest Panthers needs: running back, interior line and cornerback. Run a Panthers 7-round mock draft

New Orleans Saints mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Saints take Jordan Seaton, OT from LSU, with the 9th pick. Offensive tackle sits atop New Orleans' need list, and even with Seaton sliding three spots past his rank, this is about as clean as value and need aligning gets. Biggest Saints needs: offensive tackle, cornerback and interior defensive line. Run a Saints 7-round mock draft

Tampa Bay Buccaneers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Buccaneers take Will Echoles, DL3T from Ole Miss, with the 12th pick. Tampa Bay reaches five spots to grab Echoles, bypassing bigger needs at IOL and linebacker for the best player on the board. Biggest Buccaneers needs: interior line, linebacker and interior defensive line. Run a Buccaneers 7-round mock draft

Arizona Cardinals mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Cardinals take Trevor Goosby, OT from Texas, with the 8th pick. Offensive tackle sits seventh on Arizona's board, but this is a classic best-player-available call that still services a real depth concern up front. Biggest Cardinals needs: quarterback, receiver and edge rusher. Run a Cardinals 7-round mock draft

Los Angeles Rams mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Rams take Samson Okunlola, OG from Miami, with the 52nd pick in round 2. Interior offensive line sits at the Rams' third priority, but taking Okunlola at 52 when he's ranked 84 is a 32-spot reach by any measure. Biggest Rams needs: edge rusher, receiver and interior line. Run a Rams 7-round mock draft

San Francisco 49ers mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the 49ers take Kade Pieper, OG from Iowa, with the 32nd pick. Interior offensive line sits atop San Francisco's needs, and Pieper falling to pick 32 at rank 31 is close enough to pure value that it barely counts as a slide. Biggest 49ers needs: interior line, running back and offensive tackle. Run a 49ers 7-round mock draft

Seattle Seahawks mock draft 2027

In our latest 2027 mock draft the Seahawks take Matayo Uiagalelei, EDGE from Oregon, with the 29th pick. Edge was Seattle's clear top need, and taking Uiagalelei one spot ahead of his consensus rank is a negligible reach, barely a market correction. Biggest Seahawks needs: edge rusher, interior line and interior defensive line. Run a Seahawks 7-round mock draft
